Dill isn’t just for pickles! These wispy, thin herbs are flavorful and fragrant, and will add just the right amount of tang to any dish! Fresh dill’s tangy flavor blends beautifully with the strong yet delicate flavor of seafood! Add to lemon or white wine sauces, or sprinkle over just-finished salmon and shrimp.
Care & Handling
The leaves of fresh dill should appear feathery and green in color. Avoid dill that is overly wilted or discolored.
Wrap fresh dill loosely in a paper towel and store in a plastic bag in the fridge. Wash lightly but thoroughly just before use.
Discard the stems of fresh dill and use only the leaves. Mix into dish towards the end to prevent diminishing of flavor.
