Oriental Chicken Skillet

    1 medium Green Giant® Fresh Red Bell Pepper, chopped (1 cup) 1/2 cup sliced Green Giant® Fresh Green Onions 1 package (12 oz) Green Giant® Fresh Rainbow Slaw 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/4-inch strips 2 packages (3 oz each) chicken-flavored ramen noodles 1 1/2 cups water 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoons sunflower nuts

  • Directions

    1. Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, bell pepper and onions in oil 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is light brown. 2. Crumble noodles. Stir noodles, seasonings from flavor packets, water and soy sauce into chicken mixture. Heat to boiling. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are completely softened and tender.
    3. Stir in rainbow slaw. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are softened. Sprinkle with nuts.
