Sage is a flavorful herb that is oval, gray-green leaves with a slightly fuzzy texture. It can be used in a variety of ways from cooking to medicinal. Care & Handling
Sage leaves should be a gray-green color. Choose leaves that are aromatic with no spots, wilting or dry edges.
Wash and dry the leaves, discard the stems and pack loosely in a plastic storage bag. Place in fridge for up to four days.
Remove stems from Sage and use only the leaves, which can be chopped, torn, minced, blended or more!
